Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- The item must be sold by a manufacturer-authorized online retailer only. Physical retail (“brick and mortar”) locations do not apply.
- The Price Match Guarantee only applies to espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- The item must be new, in stock, and available for purchase at the lower price on the competitor's website, and identical to the product listed on Total Espresso (i.e., same model number). Used or refurbished items are not eligible. The competitor's website must provide accurate information. If the competitor's image, description, specifications, or features are inaccurate, then it is not eligible for a price match. Total Espresso reserves the right to determine the accuracy of the competition.
- Special discount promotions, rebates, clearances, and buy one get one free offers are not eligible. Individual sales quotes provided directly to individual customers, electronically or over the phone, are ineligible for Price Match Guarantee.
- The competitor's website must also offer free shipping on the item.
- We cannot match prices offered by wholesalers, non-US retailers, retailers operating outside the US, or auction websites (e.g., eBay).
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges but excludes sales tax.
